Resolved: VPN Service Firmware Upgrade

On September 27th, 2016 starting at 0600 the VPN Service will be unavailable for around 30 minutes in order to perform a code upgrade to address a security vulnerability as well as numerous bugs. The upgrade can be tracked in Service Now change CHG0038521.

The service will be back up and accessible on or before 0700.
