This issue has been resolved. UCS has been restored to normal functionality.

Issue began at 05:40PM ET on 03/28/19 and the estimated resolution time is 7:30PM ET on 03/28/19
UCS is currently in a degraded state, and IT is investigating the issue. Faculty and staff using UCS may not be able to access their UCS inbox at this time.
