Resolved: Password reset service degradation

Beginning at 9:00 a.m., during a normally scheduled CACTUS update, some users may have experienced a delay in resetting their Penn State Access Account password. As of 11:30 a.m. all queued password changes were processed. ITS is investigating what caused this service degradation.
