Resolved: Central Person Registry (CPR) Infrastructure Security Patching

On Monday, February 22, system security patches which require a system reboot will be applied to Identity Services production servers during the maintenance window.

While we will do our best to minimize the chance of a services disruption some services could experience a short outage. Services that could be affected during the maintenance window include:

–CPR web services and services relying on the CPR, such as the PSUAlert and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) self-service interfaces: The PSUAlert service will continue to be operational for pushing alerts; however, users may experience errors when attempting change alert settings using the PSUAlert interface during the maintenance window. Similarly, the Duo Security 2FA service will continue to be operational; however, may experience errors when trying to enroll or manage devices using the 2FA interface during the maintenance window.

This work is being tracked in a ServiceNow change request, CHG0035421.
