Resolved: Account creation on accounts.psu.edu is partially unavailable

This issue has been resolved, and account creation for non-Access Account users has been restored to normal functionality.

Original Alert Information:
PEOPLE AND LOCATIONS IMPACTED:
All non-Access Account users at all Penn State locations

IT SERVICE(S) IMPACTED:
Penn State account creation for users who do not already have an Access Account.

DATE AND TIME:
Issue began at 8:40am ET on 10/31/18.

NOTES:
Students, faculty, and staff with active Access Accounts are unaffected by the issue.
When attempting to create an account, users may receive the following error message: Error performing account creation step MATCH
