The Hershey UTC network may be affected from 11:00 PM ET on 09/21/18 until 7:00 AM ET on 09/22/18

NOTES:
If you have equipment in Hershey UTC, you will experience a brief network outage if your equipment is not connected redundantly to the network.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION:
This is for Tiers 1, 2A, 2B, and 3. Upgrade order will be Tier 2B, Tier 2A, Tier 1(B side), Tier 1(A side), Tier 3B, and finally Tier 3(A side).
