Files Missing From /pass/depts

ITS staff has received multiple reports of issues with files in /pass/depts. Users have reported that /pass/depts does not reflect changes to files that occurred Yesterday (January 3, 2017). Changes made after the end of the PASS upgrade (http://alerts.its.psu.edu/alert-4366) this morning (January 4, 2017 6:50AM) should be unaffected. ITS does not believe the files are lost, but they are currently inaccessible to users. ITS staff are working to identify the cause and restore access to the files.
