Access Domain WINS Service to be Discontinued on September 17

On Tuesday, September 17, 2013, during the regularly scheduled maintenance window (5:00-7:00 a.m.), Information Technology Services (ITS) will discontinue the Access Domain WINS Service. Users will no longer be able to use this service. WINS in the Access Domain is a deprecated service and should not be used by clients.

If you are still using WINS in the Access Domain and need help configuring your clients, please contact win-ad@psu.edu.
