Recent Communication Failure – No Email Responses

Hi Everyone

We have been getting a lot of inquiries lately on the lack of our response via email and I wanted to take a minute to apologize.

It turns out that there was a configuration issue between our SMTP server and the system we used to aggregate incoming emails to all distribution lists.

Distribution lists affected include: info@sucuri.net, sales@sucuri.net, support@sucuri.net

Please, if at any time you submitted an inquiry to any one of those distributions lists please know that we were not ignoring you. In fact, we were responding but they were getting stuck at the exit door.

Please note that this does not affect any clients using the ticketing system, only those submitting new inquiries to any of the distributions above.

We sincerely apologize for any delayed responses and the perception that we were being unresponsive.
