Penn State incoming mail server gateway maintenance

On Monday, August 1, outside the regularly scheduled maintenance window from 6am-12noon, ITS will be making changes that will improve how the email servers receive emails. This change may impact all Penn State email addresses receiving email. ITS does not anticipate that users will experience a service outage.

If you feel that you are missing any emails sent to your Penn State email address after 12noon on Monday, August 1, please contact the IT Service Desk at itservicedesk@psu.edu.
