Nokia confirms it’s developing a tablet

Finnish mobile phone giant Nokia confirmed in an interview that they’re working on a tablet device which they hope will stand out from the many rivals attempting to challenge Apple’s iPad. 

“We are working on it”, Marko Ahtisaari said in an interview with Finnish magazine Kauppalehti Optio. Ahtisaari is Nokia’s chief designer and is apparently spending a third of his time dedicated to developing the device.
