Update: PASS services partial outage

By about 4:30 p.m., ITS staff have restored access to data for all of PASS except for 12.5% of the user\’s home folders via the CIFS PASS Gateway service (win.pass.psu.edu, smb.pass.psu.edu, etc.). By 5:15 p.m. nfs.pass.psu.edu and sftp.pass.psu.edu were also restored to functionality, except for the affected home folders; all web hosting services are expected to be functional as well at this time. ITS staff are continuing to work on the problem.
