Rule change updates on the Check Point firewall server will be unavailable

All students, faculty, staff at all Penn State locations

IT SERVICE(S) IMPACTED:
Check Point Firewall

DATE AND TIME:
The firewall will be affected from 5:00AM ET on 07/18/2018 until 7:00AM ET on 07/18/2018.

NOTES:
CheckPoint firewalls will continue to work and networks are unaffected by the issue, however, rule change updates will be unavailable at this time.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION:
The Check Point firewall server will be offline in order to replace a faulty CPU fan.
