Resolved: Pinnacle will be Unavailable
This has been resolved, and Pinnacle has been restored to normal functionality.
PEOPLE AND LOCATIONS IMPACTED:
Faculty and staff at all Penn State locations who have access to the Pinnacle application.

Issue start time of 5:00 PM ET on 9/6/18.
The Pinnacle cloud hosted application requires the vendor to restart service at 5:00PM today. Pinnacle will be unavailable during this time with a maintenance message. Service is expected to return by 5:30pm.
This alert will be updated as new information becomes available. Penn State IT users can view additional details in ServiceNow.
