ListServ Software Update – Phase 2 of 2 – Scheduled for May 16

On Thursday, May 16, 2013, during the regularly scheduled maintenance window (5:00-7:00 a.m.), Information Technology Services (ITS) will upgrade the software supporting Penn State’s ListServ service. This software will be upgraded to version 16 from 15.5 and will significantly improve performance (including but not limited to increased speed of the website interface, CSV Reports, and Newsletter Testing). The first part of the service’s update will occur on May 14, http://alerts.its.psu.edu/alert-2671.

Any service disruptions should be resolved before the end of the maintenance window.
