Upgrade to Friends of Penn State (FPS) Service

Upgrades will be made to the Friends of Penn State (FPS) service on Thursday, 14 February, to fix known issues and improve overall performance. Procedures for the upgrade will begin at 5:00 AM and are expected to be concluded by 10:00 AM.

During the upgrade period, no new accounts can be established and updates to accounts will not be accepted. However, authentication for current FPS accounts will continue to function as normal.

Users may experience brief system outages while the upgrade process is taking place.
