Update: ServiceNow experiencing infrastructure issues
ServiceNow Customer Support has identified an issue with some of the external DNS that is impacting our instance. Customer Support, together with additional resources, are continuing to work towards restoring service as quickly and effectively as possible. DNS issues have been resolved with one provider (Level 3) so access may be restored when using this DNS provider. Non-Penn State networks may still experience access issues.
