Update: Service Degradation for Data Center Relocation

All services affected by this hardware move, except TSM, were back online by 8am. The TSM servers are taking longer than expected to bring back online. Staff estimate that the TSM servers will be available around 5pm. Please note that no backup or data retrieval are able to take place until these servers are online. No data has been lost.
