Update: Penn State Access Account authentication service upgrade July 25

The Kerberos upgrade originally scheduled for this morning, July 25, will be reattempted tomorrow, July 26, during the 5-7 am maintenance window, using lessons learned from the first attempt.

The reboots originally scheduled for July 26, will be postponed to the July 27 maintenance window, pending successful upgrade tomorrow, July 26.
