All students, faculty, and staff all Penn State locations

IT SERVICE(S) IMPACTED:
Zoom feature in Canvas

DATE AND TIME:
Issue began at 6:00am ET on 02/27/19.

NOTES:
Users attempting to use the Zoom LTI in Canvas will receive an error: \”Internal Server Error Something wrong happened, please try again later. (2207)\”
Users not trying to access the Zoom LTI in Canvas are unaffected by this issue.
