Update: Load balancer hardware upgrade – June 1 & 2

The upgrade that was to take place during the maintenance window on Tuesday, June 2, was not successful necessitating ITS to revert back. No outage was experienced during the roll back.

After working with the vendor until late Tuesday night, the recommended upgrade will take place tomorrow, Thursday, June 4, during the maintenance window.
