Update: Known Issue

Penn State IT has implemented a software modification to the service that synchronizes data across the Access domain and OneForest. This is to rectify the failed synchronization that occurred previously, which caused the problem with Quick ID activating Access Accounts. Penn State IT continues to monitor the problem, to verify full functionality and resolution.

If you continue to experience issues using Quick ID to activate your Access Account, please contact the IT Service Desk at itservicedesk@psu.edu or 814-865-HELP.
