Update: Incoming/Outgoing calls impacted by Significant Level 3 Outage.

The issue has been verified to be a significant Level 3 network outage. If you are experiencing inbound or outbound calling issues it may be related to inbound/outbound circuit connections through Level 3. ITS support staff continues to monitor the status of the issue and will provide further updates as more information becomes available. Currently no ETA for resolution.
