Teams from Penn State IT have identified a possible cause and are currently testing a fix. If testing is successful, the alert will be updated with an implementation date.

DATE AND TIME:
Issue began at 3:30 p.m. ET on 10/03/2018.
 
NOTES:
Canvas is currently experiencing issues with the creation of new course merges. The editing of current merges is unaffected.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION:
Penn State IT is aware of and is currently troubleshooting the issue. This message will be updated as new information becomes available.
