Update: AIS Workflow Upgrade Requires System Outage

On Saturday, April 21st, 2012, beginning at 7:00 a.m., AIS Workflow
services will be unavailable due to a scheduled upgrade to the software
used to run the Workflow system. This outage will include the Workflow
Termination (TRMN) Form and also the Role Authorization (ROLE) Form, which
is initiated in WebRAT (WebRAT role assignments should not be created
during this outage).

The anticipated time for completion of this upgrade is noon on Saturday,
April 21st.

Service may be affected starting on April 21, 2012 at 7:00AM. The
estimated time of resolution is April 21, 2012 at 12:00PM.
