Update: Access Account password changes disabled during Maintenance Windows on Feb 11 and 12.
Password changes were re-enabled by 07:14AM today. The service is currently operating normally.
During the maintenance window on Sunday, February 12, password changes will again be disabled as we process another large batch of Access Account changes.
