University Park — VoIP Phone System Upgrade

Beginning Friday evening (January 18, 2013) through Saturday morning (January 19, 2013) ITS/TNS will be performing an application upgrade to the VoIP system that processes inbound and outbound calls. During this time period, users could experience a momentary delay with phone calls. Additionally, in order to prepare for this upgrade, ITS/TNS will need to suspend customer requested VoIP service changes beginning at 12:00 PM on Friday, January 18, 2013. Requested VoIP service changes will resume on Monday morning, January 21, 2013.

Service may be affected beginning on January 18, 2013 at 11:00 PM. The estimated time of resolution is January 19, 2013 at 7:00AM.
