University Park Data Center Firewall Outage

On 2/27/2017 starting at 3:16PM until roughly 4:05PM one of the Data Center firewalls experienced an event causing the line cards to reload and not fully recover. During this period, the firewall dropped random traffic, causing sporadic issues. The network was stabilized, however it remains in a degraded state.
