UEN Router Software Upgrade 5/28/15 5-7 am, Service Degradation Possible

On Thursday 5/28/15, during the 5-7am maintenance window, a software upgrade will be performed on the Blue1 University Enterprise Network (UEN) router. During this upgrade, UEN connectivity may be degraded as traffic takes redundant paths around the Blue1 router. Sufficient bandwidth is available to handle normal traffic loads on the redundant paths.

The purpose of the software upgrade is to address known issues with line cards that has created packet loss after extended run time in some UEN routers.
