TrackITS shipping information not auto-populating
TrackITS is currently not able to automatically populate the Shipping Address fields when requesting a new order. ITS staff are investigating. We will update this alert when we learn more or the issue is resolved. As a work-around, users are still able to manually enter Shipping Address information.
