ServiceNow Version Update to Geneva

On Thursday, April 21, 2016, the Service Management Office (SMO) plans to deploy the Geneva release of ServiceNow, pending successful user testing. End users should not experience any interruption of service. If you experience issues related to this upgrade, please submit an incident at smo.psu.edu.

This upgrade is being tracked in ServiceNow as CHG0035154.
