ServiceNow Upgrade – March 27, 2018

On Tuesday, March 27, between 2:45 a.m. and 7 a.m., the Service Management Office (SMO) will deploy an upgrade to the next software version of ServiceNow along with enhancements to Knowledge Management and the Self-Service Portal. While most ServiceNow functions will operate as usual during this time, some features—such as e-mail and events—may be temporarily paused.
