SAS Asterisk ACD Server Maintenance Work

Thursday morning January 7th between 5:00AM and 7:00AM, ITS will perform maintenance work on the Asterisk ACD Servers.
During this time, customers may experience a brief delay calling ITS Services and Solutions, IT Service Desk, Call Center, Software@PennState and ITS Customer Support. Customers can continue to reach these areas through the Service Management Portal service.psu.edu
