Resolved: www.personal.psu.edu partial outage

Tonight starting at 5:55 PM www.personal.psu.edu started having issues responding to requests. We determined it was a misconfigured client that was causing the problem. We block the client and www.personal.psu.edu was back in full production as of 6:20. During the partial outage users may have experienced problems access web pages.
