Resolved: VoIP to Mitel/I2 calling issues

Starting at 9:30 this morning, individuals at University Park campus were unable to make calls to some offices at College of Agricultural Sciences – Ag Extension Offices, College of Engineering – Non-Campus Locations, Penn State Abington- Rydal Executive Plaza, and The Navy Yard in Philadelphia. Technical staff in the Office of the Vice Provost for IT worked with the phone service provider, Mitel, to address the issue. The problem has been resolved, and phone service is now restored.
