Resolved: Symantec Endpoint Protection Unavailable

To improve the University\’s security posture, administrative access to the ITS centrally provisioned Symantec Endpoint Protection servers from public IP space has been restricted through appropriate safeguards. Administrative access from non-PSU subnets must now be accomplished via the Virtual Private Network (VPN) service.

The change to administrative access does not impact Symantec services for end-users.
