Resolved: smtp.psu.edu Service Degradation

smtp.psu.edu suffered service degradation from 11:23 to 11:44 a.m. An issue to one of the backend servers caused the degradation and has since been fixed.

Users may have experienced slowness in sending e-mail during that time. No e-mail was lost as a result of the issue.
