Resolved: Slow Response Time for Changes to Penn State Access Accounts

From 9:01 a.m. to 10:32 a.m., the service supporting all changes to Penn State Access Accounts (password changes, locks, unlocks, etc.) slowed down. Users may have been queued for upwards of an hour before changes were completed. Any changes that users submitted took place, but it took the system a lot longer to process the changes.

This issue only affects users trying to change settings for their Penn State Access Accounts. Authentication is still occurring at normal speed.
