Resolved: Service interruption, 10/3/2016

Due to circumstances beyond our control we have limited the following sites to the Penn State network.
etda.libraries.psu.edu/search
etda.libraries.psu.edu/browse
honors.libraries.psu.edu/search
honors.libraries.psu.edu/browse

This change allows student submissions to occur without utilizing the VPN.

To access these sites please use the \\\”ISP To PSU\\\” VPN when off campus: http://kb.its.psu.edu/article/891

This restriction will be lifted at a later date.
