Resolved: ScholarSphere service degredation

The ScholarSphere service has been degraded due to a modification in a system we depend on for verifying user information.
Users should be able to use ScholarSphere to search and view existing files, but may not be able to upload new files.

We are working to fix the problem. Thanks for your patience.
