Resolved: Resolved: email.psu.edu IMAP service in degraded state

As of 3:45 PM the IMAP service recovered for many users. Some users may have seen issues checking or receiving email after 3:45 PM. The service was fully recovered as of 5:02 PM. Penn State IT will continue to monitor the IMAP service on email.psu.edu. Users should no longer see errors when downloading email on IMAP clients such as Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird, Apple Mail, iOS Mail, and Android Mail.
