Resolved: portal.psu.edu Outage

portal.psu.edu became degraded from 3:55 – 4:05 p.m. (15:55 – 16:05) due to an error that resulted in errors for users attempting to access the service. The root cause of the issue is unknown, however, staff is researching the cause.
