Resolved: Office 365 Outlook, Desktop Client is Partially Unavailable
This issue has been resolved, and Office 365 Outlook Desktop Application has been restored to normal functionality.
PEOPLE AND LOCATIONS IMPACTED:
Some students, faculty, and staff at all Penn State locations attempting to authenticate into the Office 365 Outlook Desktop Application
IT SERVICE(S) IMPACTED:
Office 365 Outlook, Desktop Client is partially unavailable, authentication is displaying a throttling error
