Resolved: Networking Issue – January 12

On Monday, January 12, 2015, a networking issue occurred from 1:31 p.m. until 1:35 p.m. After working with the vendor, an unusual software bug rarely encountered by the vendor was deemed to be the root cause. As a result of the issue, the following services have been impacted:,, WebAccess, and LDAP servers. Other services may have experienced issues due to the bug as well. Information Technology Services (ITS) is working with the vendor to implement a solution, with a target implementation date for Spring Break 2015 (March 9-13).
