Resolved: Known Error impacting Adobe ETLA products, Investigation Underway
ITS has obtained a new product key for all Adobe ETLA installations and has created a re-serialization tool to re-apply a new enterprise key to current installations.
All Adobe technical Points of Contact have been provided with this re-serialization tool and can begin to use it immediately. Any user that is experiencing this issue should work directly with their IT support and their Adobe Point of Contact.
