Resolved: ITS VMHost service degradation

The ITS VMHost service degradation has been resolved. IBM was able to fix the storage issue and our ESX hosts had full access to the affected lun as of Wednesday morning. We are continuing to work with our customers to merge the data from the original and restored systems as well with our vendors to prevent this issue from occurring again.
