Resolved: IT Service Desk and Call Center phone lines are intermittently unavailable
This issue has been resolved, and the IT Service Desk and Call Center phone lines have been restored to normal functionality.
PEOPLE AND LOCATIONS IMPACTED:
All students, faculty, staff at all Penn State locations calling the IT Service Desk and Call Center at University Park
