Temporary Service Interruption Restored: Duo Security
Duo Security began investigating an issue with telephony authentications (phone call option) at 9:54 EDT. At 10:12 EDT, Duo Security reported identification of the issue with one of the telephony providers and routed calls to another provider. Telephony authentication service was restored at 10:50 EDT. Duo Security will continue to monitor telephony authentications.
Users attempting authentications during the outage may have received a phone call containing the message \”An application error has occurred. Good Bye.\” Duo Security also worked on stopping expired authentication calls.
