Resolved: DNS Server Upgrade – March 10

The new version of the DNS server was returning responses in mixed case. This was causing issues with some services, like win.pass.psu.edu. At 6:20pm on March 10, ITS updated the configuration on DNS Server 128.118.141.32 (f04s03) to return all responses in lower case, which is how that server worked prior to the March 10 upgrade.

Note: Some clients have local DNS caches. It is recommended that if you are still experiencing problems connecting to restart your client/machine.
