Resolved: Directory Updates Failing on work.psu.edu

On https://www.work.psu.edu/ the link “Add/Change Other Directory Information” is failing with the error message “There was an error connecting to the server or your entry was not found. Please try again later.”

This error is preventing users from updating “Other” directory information in LDAP. Using the directory to look up information is functioning normally.

IT Staff are working to resolve this issue.
